So on episode 3 they go to the beach to kill a bunch of people for a contest and loona has to go into her human form as a disguise and bait for horny dudes.
They can hide with clothing as they did in Episode 4 while trying to kill Lyle. So Morphing into a human form is currently not a option for Imps but they can hide in a different way.
